This course will explore patient marijuana use and its potential impact on oral health and dental practice. It will include a discussion of current research and measures dentists can take to protect their patients, employees, and themselves while maintaining ethical guidelines and best practice standards. Finally, it will present a chairside technique that dental teams can use to assist patients who wish to stop using marijuana.
