Dr. Paul Levi Jr., graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1966. He completed a dental internship at the Mary Fletcher Hospital in Burlington, Vermont and then served as a dental officer at Great Lakes Naval Training Center in North Chicago, Ill. After his two years in the service he entered Tufts for two years of specialty training in periodontology. Upon graduation in 1971, he moved to Burlington, Vt. where he established a practice in periodontology that he continues to practice at today. He has also taught at the University of Vermont School of Dental Hygiene, the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and in the Department of Periodontology at Tufts. He also spent a year in Barcelona, Spain, where he taught at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. He presently teaches two days a week at Harvard and one day a week at Tufts.
