MDA Members:
If you’re already an MDA member, your last name and email address will unlock your member pricing when using the online registration system.
Nonmembers:
If you’re not yet a member and wish to join MDA, please click HERE before proceeding with your registration.
Dental Staff:
Please fill out the registration form and staff pricing will automatically populate.
Registering Multiple Attendees:
To register multiple attendees, click on the Attendee Registration button again after adding your first registration to the cart.
Refund Policy
For a cancellation refund, a written request must be mailed and/or emailed to the MDA office no later than April 22, 2026. Email Amanda Mclean with your cancellation request. A $50 administration fee will be charged per registration cancellation. No refunds will be granted after April 22, 2026.

Important Cancellation Policy:
No refund of any payment will be made after the contact for exhibit space has been signed and accepted by the association unless the exhibit space is resold within 12 weeks prior to the session. If booth space is re-sold, a refund will be granted less a $200 administration fee per booth. Any space for which the full rental charge has not been paid as delineated above may be resold or reassigned by the MDA without obligation to the exhibitor.
