NOTES: For-profit booths: $1,700 or $1,900 depending on location; Non-profit booths: $500.

The Michigan Dental Association is Michigan dentistry’s professional association, with more than 5,900 members representing more than three-quarters of the dentists in the state. Founded in 1856, it’s the oldest professional association in Michigan, yet one that continues to grow and thrive today.
