Table Clinics/Posters

The 2026 MDA Annual Session, April 30 – May 2 in Grand Rapids.

Table Clinics/Posters are brief presentations of innovative or helpful information and will be repeated several times. No reservations are required to view. Tables Clinics/Posters will be held Friday, May 1 inside the Exhibit Hall from 4 to 6 p.m. One continuing education credit will be given for attending four table clinics.

  • The MDA Committee on Continuing Education and Events invites you to share an improved technique, procedure, clinical skill or research topic regarding dentistry and the scope of practice, by presenting a Table Clinic/Poster at the MDA Annual Session. Consider sharing your knowledge with your colleagues by completing the application form below.

    Table Clinics/Posters are reserved for dentists, dental professionals, and students from dental, hygiene, assisting accredited schools, and other non-profit or research organizations dealing with health issues.

    NOTE: Table Clinics/Posters will be judged. Prizes will be awarded. The MDA will send a press release to the winner’s local newspaper or digital media outlet and receive recognition in the MDA Journal (monthly magazine).

    If you are presenting a Poster, a tack board will be provided. Posters must be oriented to be 6 feet wide by 3 feet tall to fit on the tack board.

    Rules

    Table Clinics must be educational in nature. No advertising matter, commercial promotion, solicitation, or sales of any type are permitted as part of a Table Clinic/Poster presentation. All applications will be reviewed and you will received notification of application status.

    One table/poster clinic title sign is provided. The MDA will provide a 6' x 3' Tackboard (posters) or a 6' High Top Table with chairs (for clinics). Any other equipment required will be the financial responsibility of the presenter.

    Table Clinics and Posters are limited to approximately 30 in total. Presenters are urged to apply early. Presentation times are 4 to 6 p.m. on the Friday of Annual Session. You are required to be present during these times. NOTE: Application deadline is Feb. 14, 2026.
