Take a moment to reset yourself while attending Annual Session. These Wellness Breaks are designed to provide a 15-minute reset designed to help attendees manage daily stress with more ease.

This session includes:

  • The Science: Understanding the “High Alert” stress response and its impact on the body.
  • The Peacefinder Practice: Gentle movement and breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and release physical tension.
  • The 5-Minute Practice: A grounding meditation to clear mental clutter and restore focus.
