Take a moment to reset yourself while attending Annual Session. These Wellness Breaks are designed to provide a 15-minute reset designed to help attendees manage daily stress with more ease.

This session includes:

  • The Science: The Vagus Nerve activates the body’s natural “brake pedal” to shift out of the stress response.
  • The Peacefinder Practice: Gentle movement and targeted breathwork to release physical tension.
  • The 5-Minute Practice: A heart-centered breath meditation to restore emotional and physical stamina.
