Take a moment to reset yourself while attending Annual Session. These Wellness Breaks are designed to provide a 15-minute reset designed to help attendees manage daily stress with more ease.

This session includes:

  • The Science: Leveraging neuroplasticity to “rinse” the brain and body of stress and fatigue.
  • The Peacefinder Practice: The Rhythmic Vitality Flow (Gentle tapping and somatic movement).
  • The 5-Minute Practice: A full-body scan meditation practice to synchronize focus and energy.
