Amanda Richards serves as the director of client success at MyOrthoVA, bringing more than 16 years of hands-on experience in orthodontics to her role. Before joining MyOrthoVA, Richards built a dynamic career spanning positions as office manager, human resources director, treatment coordinator, financial coordinator, and orthodontic assistant — giving her a deep understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of dental and orthodontic practice operations.
