As chief operating officer at iCoreConnect, David Fidanza oversees the Managed Services Provider division along with the SaaS Support and Implementation teams. Additionally, he leads efforts to continuously improve products through strategic business partnerships and customer input. Over the course of his 35-year career in software and technology, Fidanza held numerous technical and management positions in both service and sales. His focus over the past 20 years has been on the design, implementation, and support of enterprise level software solutions that focus on managing, securing, and delivering data.
