Jayce Deain serves as a strategic account executive at MyOrthoVA, bringing more than 15 years of experience in orthodontics, business development, and technology integration. Before joining MyOrthoVA, Deain built her career as a certified orthodontic assistant, treatment coordinator, software trainer, and orthodontic consultant — giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of orthodontic practice management. At MyOrthoVA, she partners with orthodontic leaders to identify staffing needs and implement virtual assistant solutions that increase efficiency, reduce administrative workload, and support long-term practice growth. Deain holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in health care management.
