This course will review key components in balancing and prioritizing career success and life design. The financial models of starting and owning practices will be outlined, along with their most important key components. Proven case acceptance strategies to maximize associate and owner dentist success will be taught in great detail. An analysis of insurance participation vs. fee for service will be discussed, along with a data-backed process to make these decisions. And, innovative team management systems will show attendees how to effectively lead while minimizing burnout. Aside from these important business lessons, an enlightening strategy will be reviewed in order to ensure that the dental career fits within the larger life picture, thus minimizing life compromises. New dentists up to 10 years into their careers will benefit most from this content-rich session, and should walk away with specific ways to increase their career and life success.
